Makeup Tips: Buying The Right Colors For Your Skin Tone

The most important part of buying makeup for women is not a whim or add features or effects that can be produced, is the simple knowledge of skin tone that can help you select colors that work best for you.
Warm or cold

You will need a piece of white cloth or paper and a piece of cream colored cloth or paper. One contract, even on your face and carefully monitored. Held after the other, and carefully observe again. If you think you look better with a White Paper on the skin, you have a cool skin tone.

If the cream color seems to flatter you best, your skin tone is warm, probably. There are many varieties of skin color, although it does not stop there. Check the color in general as well. May be rosy, tanned, olive, dark, yellow or fair.

When choosing a blush, make sure to choose one to go with your skin tone. Pink, red and beige look good on the tawny-colored skin, while copper, almonds and warm brown shades look good on olive skin color yellow. Dark skin is cold, and try to blush colored plum, and bronze to reddish-brown and dark skin warm. To look tanned fresh, apricot, orange, peach and coral reefs a long time favorite.

If you're not sure what the color is dominant, in an attempt to test out a piece of white paper and see for yourself. If the color is mostly shade of purple, rose and purple and it will look good for the skin dark.
